Refund policy
Every Crafty Pheebs piece is handmade to order, so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Small variations in color, size or detail are part of the charm of a handmade product.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, we will happily send a free replacement. To be eligible:
- Report the damage within 48 hours of delivery to mscraftypheebs@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 96004 19483.
- Share a continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the sealed parcel being opened.
- Include your order number.
If a replacement is not possible, we will refund the original payment method within 7 working days of approval.
Custom orders
Custom and personalized orders are made specially for you and are non-refundable once the design is confirmed and work has started.
Cancellations
Ready-design orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placing the order, before work begins. After that, cancellation is not possible.
